Cancellation policy

1. General Cancellation Terms Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 5 KWD. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before the event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any rescheduled event must take place within 30 days of the original event date. 3. Force Majeure If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), we will work with you to reschedule the event without additional charges. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, but the event can be rescheduled. 4. How to Cancel To cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team via email or phone at least 7 days prior to the event date. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from us. 5. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your event without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
